What is included:

Accidental stains of any kind, as long as they are identified

Accidental damage to the upholstery: scratches, tears, holes, burns

One repair for dog or cat scratches on a limited area

From the 3rd to the 5th year: assistance for mechanisms, electrical parts, and recliners

Professional Uniters cleaning kit included

How it works: report the problem within 14 days via the Uniters app, portal, or toll-free number. You receive advice and, if needed, a specific product delivered to your home or a technician visit. If the intervention does not solve the problem, Uniters replaces the upholstery.

Available for fabric, microfiber, and leather upholstery (excluding nubuck, suede, aniline, and bycast). Service provided by Uniters SpA in Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City. It is not an extension of the 2-year legal warranty, which remains fully valid. Full terms in the contract you receive upon subscription.
